New computer

Yay for me! I have a new computer!! I got it for school, but it's really nice. Usually, our school gives the sophomores, juniors, and seniors their own computer to use for school, and then at the end of their senior year they return it to the school. This year though, they're doing something different.

This year, everyone in my grade is getting Lenovo ThinkPads, which is what I'm using now. It's really nice, and I lurve it. I'm still getting used to it, and I haven't discovered all it's secrets yet, but yeah. I'm excited. They also are allowing students to bring their own device, or rent or buy the ThinkPads from the school. I'm buying the ThinkPad, because then I can keep it after high school and it's really nice and ahh! Happy times.
I'm actually a tad surprised that my school district got these computers, simply because they are so nice. But I am not one to complain. So yep. Yay computers!

Back!!

Hello lovelies! Sorry for the absence, I've been a bit busy. What have I been doing? you may ask. Well, I was at Band Camp.

*pauses for "One day, at band camp..." jokes*

Ok, done? Good. Yes, I am a band geek. And proud of it, I might add. I would try to describe it, but that's almost impossible. It's filled with "you just had to be there" jokes. Though one some of you might get is the Yes Dance. It was quite popular this year.

So yeah. I'm back now, but I must warn you, school starts in a week, so I maaay disappear every now and then. High school workloads can be a bit life consuming, especially added with marching band and hopefully musical/play practices. I'm not sure on the last two though, so no promises. But still, I won't be writing as much, most likely.

HAPPY ESTHER DAY!

I love you all.

So, this is a day late, and I apologize, I was a taaad busy yesterday.

For any of you who don't know, Esther Day is Esther Grace Earl's Birthday. If you don't know who that is, go here to find out.

When asked by John Green what she wanted him to do on her birthday, which he had declared Esther Day, she said she wanted him to say "I love you" to someone who he loves, but has trouble telling it to. He chose his brother, Hank.

When Esther died, Esther Day became a day to tell people you love them, who you normally have trouble telling that to - siblings, not-so-close family members, platonic friends, etc. Sure, you can tell spouses, girlfriends and boyfriends, but that's more Valentines Day. You can YouTube Esther Day for more thorough explanations, because that's just the basic gist.

I'm sorry this was late, but I just wanted to spread the word.
